Bold all of the following TV shows of which you've seen 3 or more episodes.
- Italicize a show if you're positive you've seen every episode.
- Asterisk if you have at least one full season on tape or DVD
- If you want, add up to 3 additional shows (keep the list in alphabetical order).

You Can't Do That on Television

Man. There's a whole bunch of shows on that list that I remember watching as a child and would definitely have seen more than 3 episodes of, although it's all a bit of a blur now. And there are also a few Disney shows on the list that it pains me to have to admit having seen more than 3 episodes of, but what can I say? I have a much younger sister who loved the Disney channel!

My conclusion is that I've watched rather a lot of extremely random TV over the years (although not as much as a lot of other folk), and own a heap of DVDs!

Carebears was definitely on TV, but I don't know when - maybe some odd time like ITV on a summer or Saturday morning. I remember seeing it, but only about once or twice. (The boys in my class, however, had a Care Bears club that no girls were allowed to join.)

My list doesn't show how many DVDs I own. The collection is quite scary, but in my defense, other than DW, it's mainly been the last three years of illness and inability to watch TV live that it's doubled or tripled and mainly includes weird 70s TV that you can't see other than on DVD. But, yeah, it is scary, isn't it? :-D

A boy's only Carebears club? Oh, that's precious! I don't think the boys in my school would have been caught dead admitting to having watched Carebears!

My list also doesn't show how many DVDs I own. I refuse to be ashamed! I love my DVD collection - I have no illness to offer in my defence, I just enjoy having the shows I like on tap whenever I want to watch them. *G* And I have some odd '70s stuff in my collection too - although nowhere near as much as you.

How are you at the moment? Is there any improvement at all?

Even when I was 9, I thought it was really funny. They were very serious about it, too. We didn't even want to join - we thought the Care Bears were a bit young for us! (Not that I didn't have a cuddly one somewhere at home, of course...)

I think everyone's different - even before being ill, I like owning things and being able to rewatch things. I don't think I tend to take in as much as some people on first viewing, and I also don't have the tech for easy watching online, either - and for a long while was without the option of recording things off the TV. So, yes. But other people do tend to be either impressed or scared by them, so I do worry about it sometimes. Of course, I have far, far more books and don't feel bad about that!!

And I dunno, we just have different 1970s shows! :-)

How are you at the moment? Is there any improvement at all?

Thanks. :-) I am improving a bit again now that it's not summer. And my concentration is definitely on the up and has been for a long while. Just sometimes that makes it all the more frustrating still having to be so careful about eveyrthing! But, yes, overall, it's much better at the moment!

Well that's good! I'm glad to hear that. :)

Glancing back up at that list of show...man, there are so many on the list that I haven't seen or even thought of in 20 years or more, but I know I'd have seen more than 3 episodes as a child - if only by default - so they had to be marked! And also so many more that could have been on the list...

So much TV, so few hours in a week!
