My house is now officially on the market. How fast will it sell? Only time will tell.

It's been about 10 years since I last did the house-hunting rounds. I didn't have the cats back then! Interesting times ahead.

I'm in the middle of helping my folks move after they finally found a house...after their previous house *finally* sold.. it's a bit of a job, but taken one bite at a time it will work its way along. I wish you all the best in your transition time, here's hoping for the right buyer at just the right time.
