All 'th' except the one in brackets to be said as in 'there'; the one in brackets is soft, with the tongue back behind the teeth. It's only an approximation, mind. The single letter 'a' is as in 'cat'; 'ne' as in 'net'. 'Ne-oo' sort of runs together to make one diphthong.
