celebrate good times

llywelaMy Mum decided to celebrate her birthday with a small flood in the downstairs toilet. You know, as you do. Yeah, mopping that lot up was a lot of fun!
In other news, my shark fish died this week. Well, he wasn't really mine - I've been caretaking him and the catfish for my parents since I moved into this house. He was ancient and we've been waiting for him and the catfish to die for years, so we can get rid of the tank, but I'm still kinda bummed out now he's finally gone. I've nursed him back to health a few times now when he got sick - I might have been waiting for him to die, but I couldn't just stand by and do nothing when he was sick! There was no saving him this time, though. So now my tank is down to just the one very elderly catfish. I hope he doesn't get lonely.
