I've never seen so many icicles as we've got around and about this year! There's guttering down left and right, as well. Very pretty - but very dodgy. That tree was amazing - I hope it doesn't damage their roof!
I'm so sorry about all the family drama going on right now. Just want to give you some *HUGS*. Those poor kids being carted off everywhere :( I hope things will be okay for them. Poor Deb and Ray too.
Oh wow, so pretty! Winter is so beautiful over there <3 Not dull like here, lol.
I know, right! Those pics were taken in my friend's back garden, but I've got some nasty ones hanging right over my back door, which keep snapping off - very dodgy if you're trying to get in and out! We had loads in work, as well, and had to be really careful while walking under them! I've never seen icicles like it around here - this is really unusual winter weather for us!
Those icicles look so sharp, and I can't understand how the plants remain green under all that snow and ice. I do hope that tree branch doesn't snap off and go through the roof.
Thanks for showing me something completely different from what we have here.
Some plants are remarkably hardy and can survive almost anything! It'll be interesting, though, to see what comes back next year and what doesn't make it - I lost quite a few plants last winter, when we had a few weeks of nasty ice like this.
