Between taking Chelsea clothes shopping on Saturday and then the fire at the chapel on Sunday, that was really quite a stressful weekend.

I need another weekend, now, to get over it.

Heh, see previous entry. It was just a small fire, it was contained and swiftly extinguished, and there was no one there at the time. But man, smoke does a lot of damage. And, it turns out, boilers are not flame-resistant, so the heating is a bust. We're getting the insurance on the case.

Lol, as horrible as the fire sounds, I find it a little funny that you group it with taking Chel clothes shopping here! :p

I imagine the church fire puts the former in perspective in terms of stress...

Clearly you have never taken an autistic teenager into a large crowd of people, and then tried to persuade her to try on items of clothing before purchase! Many, many items of clothing, because they really don't make clothes to fit the shape of actual people any more.

The shopping was just the warm-up before the major event, however. I still haven't unwound from Sunday yet.

Today I woke up and had to ask A what day it was bec. I thought it was Sunday as Monday seemed too unbearable at that moment. So I second the motion about needing another weekend NOW.

I'm sorry about the fire (scary!). I'm glad nobody was hurt and the damage was contained. Do you know how it started?
