"I wanted to give you the wedding"

Finally got to see the last two episodes of Harper's Island, and I have just one thing to say: I was right!!! I feel so clever now that my careful deductions have been proved right. *G*
And okay, when have you ever known me to stop at saying just one thing?
Man, Henry was absolutely barking. I kinda wonder, was the insanity genetic, something he inherited from Wakefield, or was it more that something in his mind just snapped when he learned the truth of his heritage and Wakefield took advantage of that, twisted it and taught him to kill - to enjoy killing.
Man, he was cold. And crazy. But even while confessing what he had done, he still sounded like the same old likeable Henry - that was the most chilling of all.
Poor Trish. Poor Sully, finally trying to do the right thing and save someone other than himself, and paying the ultimate prize for it. And Danny! Spiked through the eye after all.
I wonder if some of the corpses might never be found, like the bridesmaid who was burned in a pit, or Booth, buried in the woods someplace - the true story of his death will never be known now, which I suppose will at least clear Malcolm's name.
Such a high death toll. That montage of video clips of the wedding guests at the end was so sad. :(
I loved how the show delivered on so many horror clichés, but gave them all a slight twist by not always playing to the obvious - so that potential victims splitting up didn't always lead to a death, for example, just to keep us all guessing.
Fabulously fun show. :)

That's some hellish survival guilt they are all going to have to live with now, those scant few survivors. Poor Abby. Poor Shea. :(
