Home. Absolutely knackered.

It was overcast and on the chilly side all week, so of course today all of a sudden there is glorious sunshine and we roasted in the car for five hours driving home. Typical.

The English Channel is freezing. Only a lunatic would swim in it. Therefore, clearly, I am a lunatic.

Just the thought of trying to read back a week's worth of f-list makes me want to curl up in bed and sleep for a hundred years. Please let me know if anything interesting or earth-shattering has happened.

Well, it was dry just about the entire week, and not really cold. Just...autumnal, rather than summery. Today has been summery! I've been saying for weeks that the sun would come back just as the kids go back to school...

I'm currently blissing out with shiny new SN DVDs and pretending my suitcase isn't sitting in the middle of the floor only half-unpacked. *G*

LMAO unpacking suitcases is overrated anyways! LOL Sometimes I don't unpack my suitcase for days because I am too lazy and have better things to do! ;) And shiny new SN DVDs totally count as better things! ;)

But it has to be unpacked before the cat gets home tomorrow or she will nest in it and I will never have anything to wear again! She already tried to stow away in it while I was packing last week. *G*

Shiny new DVDs were practically top of my list when I got home, coming a close second place to milk. Luckily, I could pick up both in one pleasant sunny stroll down my street. :-)

Fun was had, indeed. I took photos, even (surprise surprise LOL) but the effort of downloading and futzing with them and uploading again defeats me just at the moment.

There are lots of things to catch up on, what with Pros Watch and new challenge stories coming in. Then you have to get your photos on here too. You'll be such a busy girl, although I think Poppy will be either giving you the cold shoulder or demanding a lot of attention for a while.
