It's only taken about three weeks, in fits and starts here and there, but I've got another Dark Angel episode recap together. This is for 2.06 Two, skipping 2.05 Boo, because I hate it. However, in the interests of continuity, I have done a mini-recap of the bits of Boo that really happen - i.e. all the scenes that aren't ludicrous dream sequence! Links are below.
Boo

"For every one you let out that's dangerous, you gave a hundred others the chance to have a real life."

Date: 2007-11-08 09:21 pm (UTC)As you can see from my icon, I'm a Max/Alec shipper - as long as I get the right writer. But the only reason I watched S2 was BECAUSE of JA's portrayal of Alec. He really did a spectacular job.

Date: 2007-11-08 09:50 pm (UTC)Two has some fantastic individual scenes, but there's something off about it as a whole. It doesn't sit quite right. But it has Alec being his Alecy best, so it's all good. I find I like Max a lot more each time I watch the show, though - I never enjoyed her at all first time around. The acting doesn't bother me - she's meant to be quite immature, and the flat delivery works because Max represses so much. I love the forward development of her relationship with Alec.
Alec, Joshua and Original Cindy are what really make the show for me, though. I've never really been a shipper on any show - I just really enjoy seeing all the many varied character dynamics and interactions.
