llywelaOkay. So. Today I am running inductions for two new project workers, who are based out in the field - Pembrokeshire and Blaenau Gwent.
I have no procedure for this; it's not a part of my job description. I was just told 'they are coming in today to spend some time with you in the office.' Exactly what I'm supposed to do with them is unclear.
I'll make it up as I go along. I generally do. Seemed to work for the new staff I've inducted in the past. And we'll all get a lunch out out of the deal...
