happy Saturday

llywelaBusy day ahead. And even at this early hour I've already had the postman grumbling at me when I went to sign for a parcel that wasn't even for me - addressed to the landlord at this house number, but no flat number given. Apparently Postie had rung for flat#1 first, and the girl there had shouted at him about it being only 8am and refused to open the door.
Since I was already up, I was a little more gracious - opened the door for him and signed for the darn parcel. Wasn't especially thrilled by his grumbling, though.
But no matter. Whole day ahead still, and I'm hoping it will stay dry as I have washing to put out on the line.
This morning, I'm meeting my brother to go to the pictures. We're going to see Serenity, which has had rave reviews so I'm hoping it will be as good as hyped. Haven't seen Firefly, the series it is based on, but I'm assured that won't matter.
Then this afternoon I'm meeting Michelle from MP for a meal and then going to the New Theatre to see Martin Shaw in A Man For All Seasons. Very exciting. Even my boss thought so when I told her - she was all "Ooooh! Martin Shaw!"
So - Happy Saturday.
