My home PC died last night. I turned it on and it was fine, but then I left the room and when I came back it was completely dead. Doornail. Won't boot up at all. Goodness only knows what's wrong. Maybe the starter, maybe something else. I am so not technically minded enough to diagnose this problem. So I need to get my brother over to take a look (what on earth would I do if I didn't have him?) but he works funny shifts, so goodness only knows when that's likely to be.
