Hey, so remember when I wrote to my landlord complaining about a) Him Upstairs being loud, and b) various odd jobs around the flat that needed doing. That was a full month ago, right?

The maintenance bloke has just turned up to actually take care of those odd jobs. Nice to have such speedy service, no?
