Jul. 1st, 2005 01:14 pmHappy Anniversary, Mum and Dad: thirty-three years strong. That's not bad going.
In the absence of any real ideas what to get them, I've fallen back on the old 'cheque in a card' trick, but we are going out for a family meal tonight to celebrate, so that should be nice.
In the throes of the great British summer...i.e., it is raining. What fun. If it's like this tomorrow we shall have a fantastic time at the beach with all those kids!
