Happy Monday.

This weekend, Small and I hatched out a dinosaur egg. Not an experience I've had previously. Toys sure have changed since my day!
Saturday ended up being incredibly family oriented. Dad took Small for their bike ride, and left Mum in her place, so we spent the afternoon hanging out. Went for a walk around the park, had a cake and cuppa in a little café I'm fond of, did a load of shopping. And then they all said, 'Why don't we stay and have a barbeque?' So Dad went and collected Simon from work, I bought a load of food, and we had a spontaneous barbeque.
Then I spent the whole day Sunday at my parents' house in exchange, and had me a nice roast dinner. Yum. Also had my Sunday School class back for the first time – two I had from last year, one younger one come up from the infants class, and a new one whose mother sat in on the lesson to see what it's like. I've not had an observer in my class before! We did a big Creation collage, which kept them all nice and busy. Now I just need to get back into the swing of lesson planning every week…
Then once I got home I finally found time to watch the Paley Festival Supernatural footage someone so kindly ripped and made available for download. The camera work is shocking, but the content is fabulous. So funny and informative.
Work will be fairly busy the next couple of days – Active Communities meeting today and Staff Meeting tomorrow.
