that morning after feeling...
May. 26th, 2005 07:26 amOkay, I'm gutted for Crespo and Milan now. To come that close, and then throw it away like that. And for Crespo to score two goals - he'd done his work! And then it all just slipped away...ai.
The Italians really, really cannot take penalties.
Congratulations, Liverpool.
The 'net commentary on ESPN is hilarious:
120 mins - My flatmate is a Liverpool fan. He's going to be excited right now. Excited, and drunk. I hope the neighbours are out.
120 mins - Carragher is being interviewed. His voice is so high that only dogs can hear what he is saying. He mentions something about his groin and his calf, before making a sound that resembles a horse neighing.
120 mins - Cisse and Traore embrace with their shirts off. There are a lot of muscles and tattoos involved.
120 mins - Maldini kicks his heels. He wanders around the half-way line with his arms crossed. He looks moody and surly, but very handsome. He can take some consolation in that.
120 mins - Riise skips like a girl, and Garcia jigs along with his friend. Gerrard is mobbed by random strangers. Hamann almost musters a smile.
And so on. Fantastic stuff. Who writes it?
