llywelalast night I somehow ended up taking a not-yet-two-year-old to the seaside at almost 10pm and got to watch her sheer delight at being on the beach in the dark and splashing in puddles along the promenade in her wellies
We got back to the car and I strapped her into her seat, and then she turned to me rather sleepily. “A luffly walk,” she said, and it certainly was!
