llywelaWent to see Molly in hospital this afternoon - couldn't stay long as my dad dropped me off on the way to take Brother to work, and picked me up again (after shopping) on the way back. She was in reasonable spirits, but is quite poorly. She's been in since Thursday, and had been ill for a couple of days before that, with this blocked/twisted bowel condition that became pretty serious very quickly, and could very quickly have got a lot more serious. Very worrying. She really needs surgery, but the consultant is reluctant to operate until he's exhausted all other treatment methods, because she is 65 and older people apparently develop lesions in the bowel that make surgery a lot riskier.
It's worrying.
On a less worrying note, I have a TV clash tonight - Supernatural and Midsomer Murders. I can't DVDeo Supernatural because it's on ITV2 and my digi-box and DVD-R don't like each other. However, I'd rather not have 2 hours of MM to watch back midweek. Luckily, Supernatural is repeated on ITV1 tomorrow night very late. So I've decided to watch MM tonight, and record Supernatural tomorrow night to watch back another time.
Decisions, decisions!
