Such a stupid thing! I mean, the arm was fine...and then suddenly wham, it isn't. It is a lot better today, much more mobile and the swelling has nearly gone, although not completely and it's still warm to touch and very sore. So stupid! And out of nowhere!
Hope you've managed to sort out your camera and the pictures, be such a shame to lose them!
