llywelaI think this is my favourite apocalypse joke I've seen today (and there have been a lot) - discovered on Tumblr.
In Other News, I strongly advise everyone never split a fingernail or lift it away from the nailbed. It hurts (and I know some of my friends out there have experience of this). Also, you really don’t ever appreciate the value of opposable thumbs until one of them is taken out of commission, and then…damn! Lastly, injuring yourself by bashing your thumb against the edge of a shelf in your sleep is just stupid. I advise everyone not to attempt it.
