meme! I haven't done a meme in forever!

llywelaMeme found in the wild: Make a list of all the characters in your icons (although you may have more than one icon of a single character, they only go on the list once). Alphabetize it. Take the first two people on the list; that's your first pairing. Second two people; second pairing, etc. Treat us to some commentary once you're done.
Turns out, I've got a lot of icons – and a lot of them are really random! Organising the character icons as instructed for the meme throws together some…shall we say 'interesting' pairings! I suspect the meme probably has romantic/slashy intentions, but I'm neither a shipper nor a slasher, so…well, but just picturing some of these characters sharing an adventure of some kind together, somehow, makes the mind boggle!

Aeryn would find Hardison amusing, sure, but she'd never give up Crichton for him, and Hardison has eyes only for Parker. They'd make a fab team, though, paired for an adventure – Hardison's brains and Aeryn's brawn.

Do you know, I once wrote a story about the Ninth Doctor and his cohort landing in Rome and crossing paths with Vorenus (among others), very briefly. Ten…yeah, I can imagine him landing in Rome and running into the Vorenus family. How they might or might not get along is another matter entirely.
