crazy cats are crazy

llywelaPicked up a yummy chocolate cupcake last night, since it was half price and it would have been wrong to just leave it there on the shelf.
Alfie went nuts and tried to get it off me - he hasn't reacted to food like that since the day he first saw me eating a croissant and actually climbed onto the plate and started chomping! Since a) chocolate is poisonous to animals, and b) I rather wanted to eat the cupcake myself, I was not best pleased and had to hide from him to eat the cake.
He then crawled into the bin and pulled the cake case out to chew on the crumbs!
And yet he still will not so much as touch actual cat meat.
