ROFL I just watched the scene again, just to be sure, but we see Alistair do the exorcism on Castiel and then he gets flung to the wall and then there's a cut to Sam, focused on Alistair, taking some steps towards him. So, we don't exactly see him coming into the room, he's already a good part away from the door. *sticks tongue out*
