llywelaTuesday in work is Super C day - Super C being one of our longest serving volunteers, 10 years in the saddle as an organiser this year. At 78, he has a heart of gold and I'm very very fond of him, but boy can he be hard work!
Today, Super C was in high dudgeon over some perceived slight at a function last week (function organised and hosted by our enemy from down the corridor, Hannibal), not to mention it being the anniversary of his wife's death. He did not stop talking all day, from the moment he picked me up to give me a lift in to the office at 8.15am (thanks!) till he left at 3.10pm. I'm now catching breath, waiting for my ears to recover, and trying to remember what I was meant to be doing all day.
