You're doing the random episode watching thing, aren't you? I often fall back on that one. There's so much brilliantly subtle character stuff going on in Roadkill that doesn't become clear for the longest time - I love the occasional outside POV. We spend so much time in Dean and Sam's heads that it's good at times to get an idea of how they come across to outsiders.
I don't think salt'n'burn was an option for Molly, was it? She was cremated. It's a pretty complicated case, when you think about it? Dean is definitely developing into very much his own style of hunting rather than just sticking to John's methods, though, and he and Sam complement one another wonderfully.
