Awww. I actually had that moment as one of my ten things I love, but then had to go off into a long ramble about how Dean looks a bit hurt at the criticism and has no idea what Sam means, because Dean just doesn't do change. His cassettes work for him, perfectly, well, and the car has always had a cassette player, so it wouldn't even occur to him to upgrade! And he likes his music, so doesn't appreciate Sam poking fun at it.
Was watching Devil's Trap last night. Dean always really gets me when Sam starts yelling at him that he used to want to kill the Demon too and that's why he went to Stanford to get Sam. Just, the look on his face kills me dead. Because...no. Revenge on the Demon was why Sam went back on the road with Dean, but it wasn't why Dean went to Stanford to ask for Sam's help, and they've been working together for months now, and Sam still doesn't get it. Poor Dean.
