caught on camera

Okay, so, I was randomly filmed on my way home from work tonight. I was strolling through the Royal Arcade, minding my own business, and I could see a bunch of people kind of loitering up ahead, but wasn't paying any attention to them, because - not relevant to me. And then someone shouts "Action!" and everyone starts moving, and I look up to see lights and cameras up ahead, focusing on a couple of people walking and talking, and there's some guy behind the camera gesturing for me to keep going, so I do, only I slow right down, because my normal home time speed averages out at fast, but I don't want to catch up to the camera any more than I already am! No idea who was being filmed, because I studiously did not look at the camera once I'd noticed it. I mean, there are film cameras around town quite a bit, but I usually spot them in time to give them a wide berth. This time I was pretty trapped by the time I saw it!

No idea what was being filmed, either. Can't be Doctor Who, as that's well and truly in the can already. Possibly Torchwood, I'm not sure if they are back in production yet or not. I don't think it was Pobol y Cwm - didn't look like S4C. Which is an odd thing to say, since S4C mostly work out of the Beeb, but I know what I mean. I s'pose it could be something like that police thingy that sometimes shoots scenes in my office, but it didn't seem all that police-ish. So...I dunno. 'Tis a mystery. But whatever it is, I am now immortalised in the background of a random scene!

Any kind of approach is bad. Making haste and vamoosing quick smart is the only sensible course of action in these circumstances. Cameras are not good, and I already got caught earlier this week on a news report outside the Senedd!
