I don't know that many details, to be honest. Just that the decision was made to go to court to get this child released for adoption because she needs to go home from hospital but the parents clearly weren't going to take her - visiting is apparently the extent of their commitment to her. They don't want to take on her medical needs.
She might end up with Deb and Ray, or she might end up with one of the other couples who've expressed an interest - all that really matters is that she ends up in a loving and stable home, instead of being stuck in a hospital room with little or no stimulation, poor little mite.
