My cousins when they were 4, 8 and 11 went through thier mother having cancer. All through it they remained bouncy cheerful kids - I think children can be very strong.
Breast cancer is very treatable. It will be an ordeal, but they'll immerge.
It's so sad that it happened to this family too...
