Watched the first episode of Apparitions over lunch today. Strong stuff. A little slow-paced, but never dull, it certainly isn't afraid to take controversial/sensitive subjects and tackle them head on! It's a very intriguing take on the concept, and I look forward to seeing how the rest of the series pans out.
Never did get around to seeing last week's Merlin, but I thought this week's episode was excellent. Dramatic and suspenseful throughout, with twists and turns along the way, and even an adorable (and rare!) scene of father-son bonding. Plus, the origins of Excalibur and just how it finds its way to the bottom of that lake...
As a show, it really has found its feet and grows stronger from week to week.
I've missed two episodes out of the season, however. And there are how many left?
