Feb. 8th, 2006 08:49 pmOkay, so my TV-DVD-digibox connections are all up the spout again.
I blame that generous uncle of mine. Nigel tonight brought me a new (to me, anyway) TV unit (they really are having a clear out, replacing all the furniture!). It is taller than my old one, with more storage space for DVDs and videos. But...
I tried to keep track of which cables went where when we unplugged everything for the swap-over. But then Nigel climbed behind the unit to start plugging everything back in, and because I couldn't see what he was doing, I got all confused about what went where. And clearly something is in the wrong place, as I can now only get TV through the digi-box and the DVD isn't working at all.
I shall have to get that brother of mine back out here to sort it all out, his shifts making that complicated. And then I will label every single wire so I know where they all go in future!
Meanwhile, via the cable channel, I'm enjoying the football - Chelsea 3-0 up already and Crespo has scored one and assisted another. Yay.
