Poor little mystery cat :( But well done you getting him to the vet... after a lot of struggle. At least he's the forgiving type of cat ;D I hope that he's fully recovered very soon. And hopefully you won't have to manhandle him so much to go back to the vet. And that is great that the RSPCA paid the bill.
