Got my shortchanging issue sorted out with WHSmith. Sometimes it pays to be a regular customer. Also got my Hampton Court ticket issue half sorted out - checked with Ticketline and it turns out there was a delay on the tickets, but they were posted on Wednesday, no problems there. The trouble is that I'm never home during the day to sign for recorded delivery items, so have to go collect the packet from the sorting office, and the problem with that is that the bloody Post Office are on strike today so I can't! I really don't want to leave my tickets there till Monday, not when the Show is in just over a week and it's my Mum's birthday present, but I can't get to the sorting office at the weekend. I'll have to see if my Dad can go collect them for me tomorrow, when the strike is over.

Talk about bad timing!

Thanks - I'm sure the tickets are fine. I'm just anxious to get them because they are my Mum's birthday present. And because I've had a lot of issues with the Post Office just lately!
