This morning as I walked through the park on my way to work, a squirrel ran over my foot as it dashed across the footpath. I was rather startled by this. Shouldn't they all be hibernating by now? On a dark, dismal morning like this, I should quite like to join them.

Sleepy squirrel must have been half-asleep to have not seen me - we almost collided!
