so just how long *is* half an hour?

I'm not sure that Boss lady measures time in quite the same way that I do. She phoned at about 10.20am to say she was just leaving the house and would be here in half an hour.

It is now 1.30pm, and there's no sign of her. I'm fielding phone calls, and visitors, and have no idea what to tell them. When will she be in? Well, she should be here already...
