Well, luckily Sis and her little two stayed in their own house - it was the crowd of us up from Cardiff who stayed at the rental, which was indeed a hilariously terrible place to take care of a 4-year-old! I had Layla in a big double bed with me, which made horrendous squeaking noises every time either of us shifted position, plus the boiler feeding the bath and shower was right behind our heads with the noisiest pump imaginable! And I haven't even mentioned the jukebox...
