We do tend to use the full name as often than not, but it shortens to just Layla. Or even, occasionally, just Lay. She's growing up so fast! Tall for her age, too - and bright, she's going to outstrip both of her parents in short order. They can't understand how they produced a baby who loves books so much when neither of them reads at all! We've told them two negatives make a positive...:D
